From April 15th to 18th, 2026, an International training on testing the developed methodology took place in Niš, Serbia 🇷🇸, coordinated by Hate Fighters Network. The training gathered sports coaches, physical education teachers, and health professionals who actively engaged in hands-on workshops to test and evaluate the Healthy Spine Methodology. Through practical sessions, participants explored exercises, shared insights, and provided valuable feedback to further refine the approach and ensure its adaptability across different cultural and educational contexts.
A total of 20 participants successfully adopted new Healthy Spine methodologies, while also contributing to the development of 3 concrete action plans for future implementation. The training created a collaborative environment where experts and practitioners worked together to improve the quality and effectiveness of the methodology. As a result, comprehensive feedback was collected for further development, and the activity was documented through photos and a short aftermovie, capturing the energy and impact of this important international gathering.
Hate Fighters Network (HFN) from Serbia, together with its partners Fakultet sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja Niš Nis (FSFV), form Serbia, НСА “Васил Левски”, София/National Sports Academy “Vassil Levski”, Bulgaria from Bulgaria and Kineziološki fakultet Osijek from Croatia implements project “Stand Tall: Empowering Youth Through Postural Health” in order to address postural and other related issues among children through development of new Methodologies for professors of physical education and sport coaches. Stand Tall project tends to improve the postural health and well-being of young children by developing and disseminating a practical and accessible exercise methodology, empowering educators and coaches to promote healthy spinal habits. Project will be organized in Serbia, Croatia and Bulgaria from 01.11.2025 to 31.12.2026 and is co-financed by European Union.
